Scones

Recette pour un goûter équilibré

Voici une recette proposée lors du stage cuisine des vacances d'automne.

Je la partage ici parce qu'elle est très facile à réaliser avec des enfants, et peut se décliner différemment chaque saison.

 

12 scones pour 4 personnes:

  • 125ml de buttermilk (ou lait fermenté ou 125ml de lait additionné d'un jus de citron)
  • 25g de beurre mou
  • 40g de sucre
  • 200g de farine
  • 1/2 sachet de levure chimique

Préchauffer le four à 180°C.

Dans un premier saladier mélanger le buttermilk et le sucre.

Dans un second saladier mélanger la farine, la levure et le beurre mou.

Mélanger les deux préparations très rapidement (sans trop malaxer la pâte) et faire une boule de pâte.

Sur un plan de travail fariné étalez la pâte avec les doigts de façon à ce quelle fasse 4 cm d'épaisseur.

A l'aide d'un emporte pièce découpez des petits disques et les disposer sur une feuille cuisson.

Laisser reposer 10mn et enfourner 15 mn à 180°C.

Quand les scones sont à peine colorés, les sortir du four et laisser tiédir.

 

Peler et couper en petits morceaux 4 fruits de saison (poire, pomme, fraise, pêche, abricot, prunes, figues...).

Dans une casserole laisser compoter sur feu très doux 20 bonnes minutes sans ajouter ni eau ni sucre.

 

Au moment de déguster, garnir les scones de compote de fruits.

    I was curious if you ever thought of changing the layout of your website? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 images. Maybe you could space it out better?
