Atelier cuisine enfant spécial allergies alimentaires

Sans gluten, sans soja et sans fruits à coques.

Pour 6 fraisiers individuels voici notre recette:


Dans la génoise il y a:

  • 3 oeufs
  • 3 cuillères à soupe de farine de riz
  • 3 cuillères à soupe de sucre.


Dans la crème pâtissière il y a:

  • 3 jaunes d'oeufs
  • 30g de farine de maïs
  • 60g de sucre
  • 3 feuilles de menthe
  • 300ml de lait.

Et bien sûr il faut également 300g de fraises.


Je crois que les cuisinières ont apprécié leur recette, elle ont tout dévoré.
